100 Grain Broadheads
In todays bow hunting environment there more choices than ever before when it comes to selecting your arrow heads, including 100 grain broadheads. Broadhead technology is everchanging and anyone who has been a hunter for a while can vouch to that. Todays braodheads are desinged for one thing and one thing only, to bring down your kill fast.
Broad heads come in many varieties, including the kind with replaceable blades and the kind with fixed blades. You may have to decide which type of head you want to go with.
With fixed blades there are some downsides and some upsides. The downsides might be that you need to take them in to a specialty shop to get them sharpened from tim e to time. There is nothing worse than dull 100 grain braodheads. the upside could be that you never need to worry about the blades falling off ever. They are there to stay, you definately do not want a blade comming off inside your kill.
With replaceble blades the downsides and upsides are the cpmlete opposite of what they are with the fixed blades. You really just need to ask yourself what is more important. Your replaceable blades can be replaced pretty much an infinate number of times, but your fixed blade can only be sharpened a finite number of times. If you are useing a replaceable blade you do not have to worry about bent or cracked blades either.
